It’s not strictly necessary, however, to avoid disappointment we advise that you do. A full pre-payment of the treatment cost will be required to secure your booking. Please note all spa days will need to be pre-paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellations for treatments at the Hog’s Back Hotel in Farnham will be charged as follows to the payment card used to secure the original booking:
Between 72-48 hours prior to 09.30am on your arrival date, cancellations will be charged at 50% of the full treatment cost.
24 hours or less prior to 09.30am on your arrival date – cancellations will be charged at 100% of the full treatment cost.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your treatment start time. If you do arrive late we will try our best to accommodate your original appointment, however, your treatment time may be reduced or in some circumstances cancelled, depending on how late you are.
We would recommend loose-fitting clothing wherever possible. Clients are required to wear dry swimwear or underwear when taking part in body treatments and professional draping is provided throughout the duration of the treatment for your privacy.
Where appropriate, a face covering will be required at all times during treatment and your therapist will be able to advise you accordingly. Please note, a face covering will be required at all times whilst in the spa waiting area.
