Gift Vouchers 

Black Friday added value codes can only be applied to Black Friday specific vouchers, excludes normal Gift Cards & Afternoon Tea vouchers. All vouchers are site specific, please purchase for the restaurant/hotel that you prefer, it is not possible to transfer them to another hotel or restaurant after purchasing.

Black Friday Gift Cards – can only been redeemed 01 January – 31^st March 2026. Vouchers cannot be refunded / credited – Black Friday vouchers cannot be extended once they have exceeded their expiry date of 31^st March 2026.

Redemption of vouchers exclude Valentine’s weekend Friday 13^th February 2026 – Monday 16^th February 2026 & Mother’s Day weekend Friday 13^th March 2026 – Monday 16^th March 2026.

Each voucher features a Unique Reference ID code, it may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, may not be part-used or replaced if lost or stolen. We also do not offer refunds or exchanges on gift vouchers. Vouchers which have been altered will not be accepted.

Gift vouchers are sent as an e-voucher to the recipient’s email address, generally within 10 minutes. Please check spam if it does not appear or email marketing@suryahotels.co.uk if you should have an issue receiving the email.
